Cons
Apparently, the company is not doing well and has been laying off employees. However, instead of handling it professionally, they sometimes force them to leave on their own by deducting salaries, so they can avoid paying proper severance. Even then, the severance offered isn’t that much. While they inform staffs that the company is struggling, some of them still get promoted, while the rest get absolutely nothing. This makes the situation questionable.
The bosses also show bias by promoting their favourite staffs or protecting them from getting blames, while targeting others with unfair treatment and extra responsibilities.
