      Pros

      The pay isn't bad.

      Cons

      They have to pay well in order to keep you there. The management is terrible. There's bullying, good old boys club, toxic leadership, drama, no direction, no mentor to help, no feedback (negative or positive). HR is in the back pocket of each of the GM's so you can't trust them. I feel bad for any female who works here; comments run rampant and god forbid you try to bring it to their attention (oh it was just a joke). SM's & CM's all hide numbers to make their branch look good. Turnover is just a joke in this place and it's because of management.

      Pros

      Average day is 12 hours a day with next to no support from management. Alot of the techs are really green and cause more harm than good. The good techs carried the . Alot of secrets, lies and ghost policies that are always changing. I was their top productive tech but when I put my notice in, they wouldnt pay vacation out and abrubtly terminated me. I tried to give hr feedback to improve but no respondes. I worked out of mn, so other branched may be different. 0/10
