      Pros

      I used to stack boxes for a living and Source hired me as a Rack Technician without a second thought! They gave me a free IPhone w/unlimited data, brand new van w/touchscreen & bluetooth, free clothes, free boots, nifty tools and pay me for all my drive time! Now I play on my company phone and make mad bank every day and night! The manager and leads are super awesome, they let me do whatever I want for as long as I want. The senior techs are cool and teach me how to open up the expansion valves when they stop feeding refrigerant!

      Cons

      We have at&t for phone service which is lame, also sometimes dispatch bugs me when I’m napping in the motor room, totally not cool

      Pros

      Average day is 12 hours a day with next to no support from management. Alot of the techs are really green and cause more harm than good. The good techs carried the . Alot of secrets, lies and ghost policies that are always changing. I was their top productive tech but when I put my notice in, they wouldnt pay vacation out and abrubtly terminated me. I tried to give hr feedback to improve but no respondes. I worked out of mn, so other branched may be different. 0/10
