Pros

Most other technicians are friendly there. Don't get too excited though, they will most likely be quitting soon.

Cons

Where to begin. Joe Cooper is running this place into the ground with pinching every penny he can. The technicians are unhappy for multiple reasons including maintenance pay, poor holiday pay, forced to work every third Saturday which is almost all maintenance items, 7am-5pm hours with no real lunch since the pay is flat rate, all the uniforms just say Jackie Cooper Auto Group so they can use generic uniforms at all the Jackie Cooper stores and for all positions: technician, lot porters, drivers, car wash. All the same generic uniform. All the good techs quit. New BMW STEP techs and Master techs get hired but quit after a year when their contract is up. Not a traditional BMW dealership.
