      At cooper your family and that’s how your treated on your birthday you get a personal voice recording from Darryl cooper sent to you house when you get it you feel more then family you feel appreciated and that means a lot also the benefits are great this is a great place to work also there’s opportunities to move around in the company different locations or even provinces I recommend cooper to anyone who’s looking to build an amazing career

      I don’t have any but I wish it was a pention plan instead of rrsp I just don’t know enough to understand either

      - great working environment depending on the department - friendly family like staff - helpful through out branches

      Cons

      -horrible management. Manager doesnt help at all. Allows you to fail and doesn't take the time to see to it you succeed and leaves it to the regional manager who only shows up once a week and talks on the phone the entire time and just wonders the shop! - no room for growth within the organization -over worked. underpaid - the gossip is abusive
