Pros
Peers from many teams but sadly nothing else holds it together, this is the modus operandi, having directors and GM of local operation overlooking commitments to employees.
Cons
Management does not fullfill commitments to employees on a regular basis, lack of oportunities or development, considerable workload due to nonstop turnover. No work life balance to speak of, culture is straight out of the 80's.
