Pros
The job itself is pretty simple once you've had training but still requires you to pay attention to what you're doing. The pay is good and the shift system allows you to have a lot of free time on the days off.
Cons
The 12 hour working hours can feel quite long. Not many areas to progress into unless you do some sort of engineering.
