Pros
Long breaks (4 x 1hour per 12hour shift) Low skilled easy job Management don’t know what they are doing so you can get away with lots. If in Senior Management you are supported in all health matters, mental or otherwise.
Cons
Cronyism is rife. Very poorly managed. Don’t live up to “values”. Good luck if mental health is an issue. Everyone is so scared of management they will not tell them the truth, only what they want to hear, inflating their egos further.
