Business Outlook
Pros
Most of the staff seem friendly and are nice to work with. The jobs I've done are easy to learn. Not being in a city it's great to be able to go outside where it's quiet at lunch (Hastings site).
Cons
Very pressured to work as fast as possible so mistakes happen. The atmosphere is depressing as you can't really communicate with anyone. Suit and tie management from upstairs come down and look at all of us like we are caged animals, chatting while we are all silent. They laugh and giggle with chosen staff but completely blank others. The moral is low and it's definitely not a career it's just low paid work for as long as you can tolerate it.
