Pros

Decent starting pay and benefits, learned a lot about how insurance claims work and solving complex problems with the state DMV

Cons

If you're fast and good at your job, you will do the work of atleast 3 people while other ppl getting paid the same as you barely do anything. They punish their good workers instead of making sure the whole team handles the same workflow/amt of phone calls.
