      Pros

      Company culture supports growth and innovation. Leadership direction is clear and thoughtful. The organization is evolving appropriately to grow market dominance. Management team is doing a good job introducing structure that enables scale while empowering individuals and teams to do the right work quickly. Work is important and interesting. Would highly recommend as a workplace.

      Nothing of significance comes to mind.

      Pros

      All ideas are entertained, well formed opinions feel strongly considered. There is clear opportunity for growth, many women have been promoted into leadership positions. Open door policy with leadership, I feel listened to. Have been provided with all the resources I need to get the job done, I have the tools I need to excel. Teams are super helpful, environment is friendly. Fair compensation. New President /CEO is transparent and mission oriented, expectations and long term vision are clear.

      Cons

      Fully remote. I prefer working in an office environment and unfortunately I am nowhere near headquarters.
