In a high-growth environment, decisions often need to be made quickly to seize opportunities and maintain momentum. While this can sometimes feel abrupt, it does not reflect a lack of transparency or intent to exclude. Our goal is always to act decisively while staying aligned to our values of openness, collaboration, and integrity. We also take culture seriously.
