Pros
I get to work with a great team on some cool clients. The team is super supportive and there’s regular training sessions so I get to learn something new every day. I joined CopyHouse as a junior copywriter and within a short space of time have graduated to a senior role. I really also love the fact that I don’t need to be in an office and the 4-day work week.
Cons
Working remotely can be tough sometimes but the company has made efforts to fix that by giving us access to Desana (a coworking app) and organising regular get togethers. It’s a small problem but I really appreciate that the team have found ways to correct it.
