Pros
Norma, the Principal is very nice and great to work with. I was doing part-time, and she was understanding with my schedule, so I got to have real balance between work/school/personal life.
Cons
We operated out of her home-office, so until the doormen of her building started recognizing me, I would have to be rang up by them every time and that was a little awkward.
