Pros
Core BTS is an excellent company and offers many opportunities to its employees. We (the employees) just need to able to look for and find these opportunities as they are not always glaringly obvious. The company is diverse in its offerings to the customers, and covers many areas within the technology sector. The benefits (salary, vacation/sick time, health and retirement) are all comparable to those offered by the larger technology companies. There are good people here, and there’s an excellent support network built-in to the company’s structure, so that every employee that wants to move forward has the opportunity to do so.
Cons
There is currently no ability to carry vacation time forward to the next calendar year. While I understand the corporate desire to have each employee take their vacation and start the year with a clean slate, it is not always best for the employee or the customers that we serve.
