Care about employees Tell us what's going on Really stepped up with COVID to make sure we're all safe HR team is 180 from what it used to be, really interested in helping us New leadership has brought a lot of good things
Cons
Past compensation adjustments weren't always based on merit but that is more about the past leadership and not now. HR has communicated a lot about how merits and regular compensation changes are using market information to make sure issues are corrected so I feel much better about it and look forward to next year.
