A high base salary for sales.
Cons
Core was quick to lay off their staff during COVID-19. They were heartless and offered no severance package. They are owned by investment companies so they deeply care about their bottom line but lack compassion. They were heartless and refused to pay commissions on deals that were sold before the lay off. The management team is evasive and it’s difficult to understand their direction. I would recommend going to a company that has strong core values, a care for the community, and a sense of responsible for the treatment of their employees.
