Pros

Culture: amazing, open, honest with care, up front trust, family oriented Work opportunity: interesting challenges, just enough work, team oriented approach, always improving Leadership: highly engaged, understanding, appropriate expectations, engaged and communicative At the risk of sounding cheesy, I feel like I've found a home. I am treated with respect, trust and care. While I am also given challenging, interesting work. And my leadership.....nothing short of refreshing and THEY GET IT!

Cons

Nothing is perfect. A few challenges with multiple companies converging, but they are working on figuring it out, are open to ideas and are truly interested in finding the best for clients and Core. I am excited to be a part of helping them figure it out. I am new, but I see great things ahead.

Pros

The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

Cons

Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
