      Many none sales related activities Lack of upward movement if in sales role Not much in the way of training Lack of tools for prospecting, however getting better

      Pros

      The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

      Cons

      Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
