      Flexible Time Off Ability to work on many different types of projects

      Benefits are abysmal, good only in case of disaster but you'll be paying a lot still Empty corporate words about how they "care" about employees Instability: seemingly changing hands at the top frequently Transformed from a national medium sized business to a multinational corporation that mostly sees employees as numbers

      Pros

      The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

      Cons

      Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
