      Pros

      Mostly fantastic people doing the actual work, i.e. those performing the consulting.

      Cons

      Management of people is terrible; there is no investment in training consultants (sink or swim); there is limited flexibility in delivery (you do it their way or its the highway); management cannot be trusted; consistent demonstration of acts that conflict with their stated values.

      Pros

      The benefits were decent and the flexibility was nice. Appreciate the multitude of opportunities to network and travel. Some of the folks are really awesome and helpful.

      Cons

      Absolute trash at training anyone. Expects green engineers to know 10+ years worth of stuff that Principals would find difficult. If you manage to overcome all that and still make things work, you still get fired because management has an ego and hates seeing someone self taught and a minority succeed. Was set up to fail from the moment I was begrugendly brought on to the team.
