HR needs help - Senior Vice President Core Bank Employee Review

Get to work with down to earth people who you could be and probably will be friends with outside of work, no matter what their title is. For the most part, everyone at Core is always looking for ways to improve the everyday work life. The job is fun, the people are great, the culture is great. I can't see myself ever working anywhere else.

None that I can think of

You get to work with true members of the community and build great relationships. Executive leaders do care about its people. Pay is great for people new to the industry.

Insurance benefits are not bad but not great. Managers are overworked and stressed all the time. Lots of gossip.
