2wIt's what you put into it. I currently have zero employees, so this might have been a New Business Development person that I brought on with a 1099 arrangement. The commission structure was set up so that they could potentially earn well over 100K, possibly over 200K, but they had to be a real "hunter". Unfortunately, I never found that hunter. I'm, unfortunately, the best at developing New Business, so I've scaled back.

it is nice to work in cipla as is a well rputed company with goodwill.high basic pay. punctual in payment. high chance get promoted into higher position. nice working environment

the main cons is that there is no incentive system. even if we work beyond the targeted one you will not get any incentive as other companies do.
