      Pros

      Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Opportunities to improve your skills and enhance your career. Training opportunities. Close knit environment with social events for team bonding. A real family atmosphere. Very good to employees with all sorts of benefits. In the time I spent there, I was always looking forward to going to work. I was never unmotivated or unhappy to be going to work. Half-flexi time. Can finish at 13:00 on a Friday if you have done your work. They really care about their employees and it shows.
