      It is a very casual and relaxed environment. Easy to get a job with no experience.

      Cons

      Very sales-oriented, you constantly have to meet quota. It feels like you are always in a competition. You are also required to work after-hours and weekends. The benefits are not good. If you are used to a corporate environment, this is not for you!
