Pros
Unlimited freedom to do as you please. Decent commission splits if you negotiate and are experienced and can bring a book of business with you.
Cons
Unorganized from the top down. Two owners (one of which is the broker) that don't get along and it shows, absolutely zero help or support with anything, take everything they tell you at 50% face value, painfully long turn times on commission checks, a disastrous culture of favoritism that extends not just to original founding members/owners/agents but also to family members that work there. With as many broker options that exist in todays world I absolutely can NOT recommend.
