      Pros

      Core does have certain neat things, like their ability to retain certain trendy ideas

      Cons

      Dishonest upper-management and executives, questionable actions that could be problematic in the future, and so much more. Honestly, stay away. They’re probably getting ready to pay a bunch of employees to write positive reviews, by the way, unless they’re already doing that (last I checked, their rating was much lower on here when I still worked there, so maybe they’ve already started).

      turn over is tough but its not long.

      Pros

      Great place to learn, collaborate with other teams, and see the results of the work you put in. Good benefits and relaxed work environment that makes being at the office a great place to work. The people really make this place what it is.

      Cons

      Summers are very busy (common for student housing) and collaboration across teams is not always a smooth process.
