Could be great but management are holding the company back! - Consultant Core Technology Systems Employee Review

Senior and middle management - awful! The worst I've ever seen and worked for – they simply want to run a draconian dictatorship and rule with an iron fist. They have no trust in their staff and employees are simply seen as a number, not as a person. Certain senior managers want to micro-manage the whole show but clearly haven’t got a clue from a business nor a people perspective. - this has adverse effects on staff and clients! A real shame as the CEO is a genuine nice person – it’s the management beneath which lets him down.
