      Pros

      Working at CVIG has been eye-opening. Seeing how much management cares about your success and are willing to go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and rewarded has been the biggest difference for me compared to past jobs. They are very hands on and will reward you not only for performance but for loyalty as well. CVIG has really set the bar high when it comes to culture, and it's because of the leaders and agents that are here everyday that embrace the family-style work environment. Would definitely recommend if you're in the Medicare space or looking to get involved.

      The training is thorough and can be good even for goated agent.

      Cons

      The culture is not as nice as they say it is or maybe I just had a bad manager? I went to them to let them know how someone in the group was making me feel uncomfortable. I was fired the next day. They do not listen to their employees. Or once again it could have just been the manager. He made my experience there at core value very uncomfortable. They will hire you, appoint you and fire you in one sitting. Also the pay is not that good.
