Pros
I have been working at Core Value since June and the workplace environment has been lighthearted and easy going most days. It has a good family feel to the workplace, given the people that I work with on a everyday basis. It is a good entry level position for those looking to get into a sales career.
Cons
The cons of the job would most likely be the pressure to make sales on a consistent basis and the inconsistency of the leads that you receive on a daily basis. The job during the busy season is a lot to ask working 8-8 6 days and sometimes 7 days for 7 weeks straight is a hard ask, especially people with families.
