Good pay and insurance, but schedule was inflexible - Insurance Agent Core Value Insurance Group Employee Review

I was extremely hesitant to start working at Core Value when I first started just because it was a very small company. I will say the C-Suite continuously blows me away with their honesty, integrity, and commitment to treat every member of the company with respect and equality. I'm grateful to be a part of this mission. The base salary is what got me, and the culture is definitely what keeps me!

My biggest con for this company would be that there isn't currently a 401k or additional employee benefits outside of healthcare.

The training is thorough and can be good even for goated agent.

The culture is not as nice as they say it is or maybe I just had a bad manager? I went to them to let them know how someone in the group was making me feel uncomfortable. I was fired the next day. They do not listen to their employees. Or once again it could have just been the manager. He made my experience there at core value very uncomfortable. They will hire you, appoint you and fire you in one sitting. Also the pay is not that good.
