Pros

The training is thorough and can be good even for goated agent.

Cons

The culture is not as nice as they say it is or maybe I just had a bad manager? I went to them to let them know how someone in the group was making me feel uncomfortable. I was fired the next day. They do not listen to their employees. Or once again it could have just been the manager. He made my experience there at core value very uncomfortable. They will hire you, appoint you and fire you in one sitting. Also the pay is not that good.

Pros

Working for a family-owned company that truly embraces its employees as part of the family is an absolute blessing. From day one, I felt welcomed, and valued. There’s a genuine sense of care here that goes beyond our job titles creating an environment built on trust and respect. What really sets this company apart is the culture and Core Value's. It’s not just about Medicare, it's about working together, celebrating wins, and supporting each other through the challenges along the way. The family atmosphere makes coming to work enjoyable and fun. There’s laughter, teamwork, and a shared commitment to success that makes even busy days feel rewarding. It’s rare to come across a workplace where you feel not only motivated but appreciated. Being part of a company that treats its employees like family makes all the difference, and it’s an opportunity I’m grateful for every day.

Cons

Nothing bad to say! This place feels like home!
