You get to work from home, work life balance.

Very very difficult clients. Top executives are brutal and disrespectful. They only notice mistakes and there is never any praise for a job well done. No yearly raises. No appreciation. All they care about is money. There is no loyalty to long time employees. This company can really mess with your mental health and destroy your confidence.
