Pros
Talented workforce and strong management driving the company in the right direction. Making huge progress to becoming a much more professional organisation under new ownership, however the feeling of being a family run company has not been lost. Amazing new London office is a great environment to work in.
Cons
Working with people across multiple locations can take some getting used to.. however the collaboration aspect across locations is really improving
