Pros
Have been working with CoreView since long time. It has literally shaped my career. Being a startup, you will learn lots of things. You will find all technical people who will guide you without any hesitation. Most of the times you get an opportunity to interact with customers directly which certainly improves your non technical (Managerial/Soft) skills. Great for both Dev and QA. Pros - Latest programming languages and frameworks - Open culture/Open door policy - Flexible working hours - Management is very cooperative
Cons
Nothing significant. May be initial salary seems to be less as compared to MNCs. But later on you get very decent pay. Not a con from my perspective because experience you get here here is awesome!
