Pros
I`ve been working at CoreWillSoft for around 2 years. The salary is competitive and fair for the industry, with room for growth based on performance and KPI`s.
The best part is the positive and open work culture. PMO team is supportive, listens to employees, and encourages growth. It’s easy to communicate with management and company makes sure we are on the same page about company goals and updates.
Another point is flexibility, most of team members are working remotely, but there also is office in Bonn and company can cover costs for coworking for those who works from other cities or countries. I have trusts me to get my work done without micromanaging.
Cons
During busy times, workloads can be heavy, and better planning could help with work-life balance.
