      Great team Great management both senior, team lead and directors Thorough training sessions Very 'teamwork' driven to help each other - not selfish Great incentives Very successful people on the team!! Genuinely invested in you. Don't hire in bulk. Daily meetings and catchups to present not only achievements but also improvements. Weekly training sessions for all staff. Really help you see your potential GREAT TEAM

      Cons

      It's not easy work but the people who are meant to succeed WILL succeed. If people complain saying they're not handheld, they're right. BUT if you ask, you will get all the help you need.

      Forward-focussed, dynamic, great bunch of people, constantly investing in the business.

      Cons

      None specific, it's recruitment/sales and that isn't for everyone! Ultimately how far you succeed here is down to you, but everyone has a huge amount of support and the tools to do the job.
