Pros
Top guys in charge, both worked their way from bottom up and taken the company to where it is today. Recent amalgamation of three companies has increased product portfolio massively, lots of opportunities to learn and gain experience on a host of tools and applications. Great recognition for employees efforts , for example when bonuses are paid all staff are rewarded for their efforts. Global footprint allows opportunities to travel/relocate. Lots of future growth seen.
Cons
Nothing notable, some cuts have been seen as expected due to covid, oil downturn and merger of companies but future looks very promising.
