Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working here. The company fosters a friendly and open work environment where people genuinely support one another. Team members are receptive to new ideas, and there’s a strong culture of collaboration and hard work. One of the biggest advantages is the opportunity for growth. You’re encouraged to take ownership of your role and shape it into what the team and business need, which can be very rewarding.

Cons

Since it’s a smaller company, roles can be less rigidly defined. At times, you may be asked to take on responsibilities outside of your core duties. However, this is very much part of the team-oriented culture, where everyone steps in to help when needed. Additionally, priorities can shift, so you need to be adaptable and comfortable evolving your role over time. If you prefer a highly structured position with clearly defined boundaries, this environment may feel less predictable.

Pros

Corevist has the best team! People here are talented, hardworking, supportive, and also know how to have fun, which makes a big difference day to day. It’s a really collaborative environment where people genuinely enjoy working together. The company is flexible and truly lives its values, which you can see in how people operate and are supported. Corevist also offers great incentives, including global rest days each quarter, various bonuses, and real opportunities to grow. The work is well balanced overall, with some surging phases that keep things dynamic without being overwhelming. Leadership is present, listens, and the open door policy is not just something written in a handbook - you actually see it in practice. There’s a lot of opportunity to learn, take on meaningful responsibility, and make a real impact. Because it’s a small but growing company, your contributions are visible and truly matter. The flexibility also helps maintain a solid work-life balance.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, some processes are still evolving and can feel a bit undefined at times. Roles often involve wearing multiple hats, which is a great opportunity if you’re ambitious and want to grow, but may not be ideal for those looking for very clearly defined responsibilities. Like many growing companies, priorities can shift as new initiatives come up, but overall it reflects the pace and energy of a growing business.
