Unprofessional culture with ignored employee concerns - Talent Acquisition Associate Corizo Employee Review

Writing I worked as an HR professional in this company, and it was disappointing to see such an unprofessional approach toward employees. The company fails to handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements responsibly, and employee concerns are largely ignored. What was even more concerning was the lack of involvement and accountability from the founders regarding employee issues and workplace culture. A company that does not value or respect its employees cannot build a healthy or sustainable work environment.
