The level of red tape required for even the most basic functions is insane. Want to help an agent with a task? Better clear it with Management. Want to write something for only personal use, such as a manual or instructions? You basically aren't allowed- you must use a company provided one.
Also this place is full of men for whom casual sexism and racism is the norm. Expect to hear lots of men talking smack about their clients while using some extremely colorful language. If you're a woman, good luck.
