Quantitative tasks can make the role overwhelming

While I would not recommend the company due to its awful leadership and unhealthy culture, I learned important lessons about what effective HR and genuine leadership should look like.

Coronis was by far the most challenging workplace I have experienced. The company culture was highly toxic, and leadership consistently failed to provide direction, support or accountability. Despite these challenges, I was able to deliver in my role.
