      Pros

      I had a very easy going office, luxurious by British standards - fantastic support for development and excellent managers. Supportive culture, generous staff benefits, even for people at the very bottom rung.

      Cons

      In the UK the biggest challenge seems to be fighting the company's image - especially considering changes made after the acquisition of Allstar.

      Pros

      The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

      Cons

      Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
