No other American company has a similar track record of growth and resilience, from humble and modest beginnings to a Global business enterprise carving the path for commercial payments through innovative thinking and technology. This company was built on a foundation of traditional roll-up sleeves hard-work combined with modern day work-life culture. If FLEETCOR knows how to build value with minimal resources, you can be sure that a proportional value in growth is reflected on employees not just in monetary generosity but also in personal and professional growth. The best benefits I have seen in comparison to other same size companies.

Cons

FLEETCOR is simply like FAMILY. The company never gives up on its employees, unless some impatiently walk-out, only to find that FLEETCOR welcomes them back after several years of nomadic exile, and permanently in most cases of returning employees. Respect your elders, listen to family leaders, grow patiently, and wait your turn to lead. There’s a process, a cycle that requires patience and preparation for when it is time to step up.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
