Pros
No weekends required. But the customer service issues can cause customers to call on the weekends and after hours when, unfortunately, you can do nothing to help them.
Cons
Everything you can possibly think of that could go wrong, goes wrong. Poor customer service coupled with extremely inflated fees charged to the customers. Your customers will always be unhappy because they get hit with fees that no one in the company can explain but they have to pay anyway or have their business credit ruined. Someone in upper management actually told me that the company limits payment methods because if they didn't, customers would pay on time and Fleetcor wouldn't be able to charge the customers late fees. They make it very difficult for customers to pay in a timely manner and then assess fees for being late. The company makes its revenue off of fee assessments. It is the reason why a major gas company refused to renew their contract with Fleetcor (you can google this!). The company did not want their reputation tarnished by Fleetcor's business practices. Poor management from the top down! Not to mention EXTREMELY LOW PAY! No cost of living adjustments in states where incomes are higher for the job description. $40K may be a lot in TX but in CA you'll starve to death!
