Right now, we currently have our ‘Living the Values’ recognition scheme, where if you are nominated, you’ll receive a LovetoShop voucher to spend at many high street stores. If you are a member of Vitality, you have a chance every month to win tickets to all the top sporting events such as football, rugby and cricket. Also, as a FLEETCOR employee in the UK, you have access to the employee benefit platform ‘Perkbox’. Here you can find some amazing discounts including sports events, concerts and theatre shows. However, we are working on a revised recognition scheme that appeals to all of our employees, so watch this space! As part of improving our employee experience, we have recently launched a number of initiatives around wellbeing including some lunch and learn sessions in order for employees to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
