Cons

Pay is not great, leadership is lacking strategy and communication. company offers very little toward retirement. Leadership is all about the bottom line and doesnt seem to care about the individual. HR is terrible.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
