Pros

Benefits are great. The only thing the keeps people there...that and the friendships made. There are some wonderful people working there. Eventually those won't be enough though...

Cons

Certain management staff really do care and make you feel like your work counts. For the most part, you are always aware how replaceable you are. Upper management has no interest or investment in you. Raises are a joke. Work loads are often unrealistic. VP's cannot be trusted!!! It's a rumor mill just like high school, and management is just as bad as the regular employees.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.

Things including pay are always changing, youre slowly being required to do more while getting paid less
