Pros

Overall though, it is a steady job. There are no major “goals” to reach that are impossible. Performance based bonuses are essentially guaranteed. The work is pretty easy if you’re good at time management and logic-based skill. Not a very strenuous job if you speak up about work load. Great people on the team. Excellent managers that will listen to you. The company is not just the workers, though. Three weeks vacation PLUS sick days PLUS personal. Amazing!!!

Cons

This company will not fight for you. You have to fight to get bonuses and stipends that they promise you. In the end it will be less than promised. Another is even if you counter the pay, they will decline your offer. What you see is what you get.

Work life balance was great and my management team was great until they started laying them off.

Cons

This company does massive layoffs, they are not tied to performance or productivity.
