The financoval department is lead by people who do not understand what they are doing and mostly only promoting themselves. The systems are old, no proper proceses are set up..

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.
Cons
My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
